We are seeking a highly motivated Manager, Workforce Planning & Analysis (WP&A) Operations Support to enhance our sales organization’s productivity and efficiency. You will lead initiatives to improve operations within Workforce Planning, acting as a key driver for process optimization and sales team empowerment. Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute complex projects aimed at improving sales productivity, including scope definition, timeline setting, resource allocation, and delivery. Develop data-driven strategies to optimize operations and workflows within the sales teams, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions. Generate and analyze reports on KPIs related to sales efficiency, translating data into actionable insights and presenting to leadership. Serve as the primary contact for Workforce Planning inquiries, building relationships with Sales leadership and internal stakeholders. Collaborate with teams across Sales Operations, HR, IT, and Finance to ensure alignment and successful project implementation. Act as the enterprise-wide SME for UKG Pro (UltiPro), ensuring optimal use and troubleshooting. Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive continuous enhancement within WP&A. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant experience in work, military, or training. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and G-Suite. Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills. Experience in project management, strategic planning, and cross-functional team leadership. Ability to influence stakeholders and manage end-to-end project execution. Preferred Qualifications
Postgraduate degree. Experience with UKG Pro, data visualization, SQL, and data warehousing. Leadership experience and cross-channel expertise. Formal project management certification. Additional Details
This role involves a mix of remote work and in-office days, with a minimum of 8 days per month at the designated office. The salary range varies by location, with a full-time annual range of $86,000 to $165,000, and specific ranges for Colorado and Illinois. Employment Details
