WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Oversee daily accounting operations including receivables, payables, general ledger, and cash management. Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasts; analyze monthly results against budget. Establish and maintain cost accounting standards for inventory. Manage preparation of financial reports and forecasts in accordance with US GAAP. Collaborate with leadership to achieve company goals. Develop and update departmental goals, policies, and procedures. Participate in resource allocation and other company committees. Manage financial and tax audits, recommending procedural improvements. Ensure compliance with all regulatory reporting requirements. Maintain a food-safe work environment, taking action if safety is compromised. Uphold B Corp principles, considering community, environment, governance, and workers. WHO YOU ARE:
