Intuit is expanding our People Analytics, Research, and Technology (PART) organization. We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to optimize talent technologies and enhance the employee experience through configuration and management of Workday Talent and Performance solutions. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver data-informed outcomes, requiring deep functional knowledge of Workday, systems thinking, and hands-on experience in configuration, testing, and business process design. Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday Talent and Performance modules. Configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within the system. Translate business needs into scalable solutions leveraging Workday functionalities. Collaborate with HR and cross-functional stakeholders to design solutions that improve employee experience and business results. Partner with product owners to gather requirements, create documentation, and plan implementations. Contribute to change management strategies and materials. Use data analysis to monitor adoption, outcomes, and inform product roadmaps. Identify and propose system and process enhancements. Share knowledge across the PART organization. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience with Workday Talent and Performance configuration and management. Strong understanding of HR processes including career development, skills, mobility, performance, and talent acquisition. Hands-on experience with system configuration, data analysis, testing, and security/reporting in Workday. Workday Talent & Performance Certification preferred. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong analytical skills for system gap analysis and solution recommendations. Experience with Workday Extend projects is a plus. Knowledge of Workday security and reporting. What You Will Do

Intuit offers a competitive pay package with a strong pay-for-performance approach. The base pay range for this role is: Bay Area, CA: $135,000 - $182,500 Southern California: $124,500 - $168,500 This position is eligible for bonuses, equity, and benefits, with pay based on experience, skills, and location.
