Johnsonville, LLCProduction Coordinator Countryside Facility Position Overview:The Countryside Production Coordinator will be responsible for developing a Best in the World team and the execution of business results. The CS Production Coordinator will coach and develop the 1st shift Team Leaders. This position will be involved in the planning of manufacturing objectives and will be responsible for the execution of these and related activities to meet and exceed company and facility goals in four end-states (safety, quality, cost and service).Responsibilities:Exemplify and advocate the Johnsonville Way everydayDrive and own the safety, quality, and productivity results for 1st shift Work closely with the Operations Coordinator to develop budget and strategic plans for the areaPromote and instill a culture of personal learning and professional development of Team Leaders, and ensure the successful development of all members.Assess trends within results (safety, quality, productivity, etc.) and work with 1st shift Team Leaders to develop action registers for opportunitiesFacilitate and drive goal and objective planning.Attend meetings related to safety, quality, productivity, projects, continuous improvement, etc.Attend & Participate in GRILL meetingsLead Lean and Six Sigma Projects as we continue our journey in improving our products and processes.Learn and educate members on the details that drive product cost.In conjunction with Team Leaders, lead hiring teams and processes as it relates to new member hiring and new position hiringLead efforts to ensure consistency among teams and shifts within the Countryside facilityHave dual ownership with 2nd shift team leaders on performance, review, development, PDC's and disciplinary issues that occurSupport and drive GRILL Rooms, Technical Training, etc. that affect the operations area. Ensure the proper allocation of resources in order to achieve resultsSpearhead innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within the operations areaWork with Team Leader(s) on weekly product scheduling for operationsEducation:Bachelor's Degree required for external candidates; experience and business knowledge will be considered for internal candidates, however, must be willing to pursue a Bachelor's DegreeExperience:Minimum of 3-5 years experience in manufacturing leadership/supervisory role requiredExperience in the food industry is preferred, but not requiredSkills and Competencies:Demonstrated communication and listening skills and abilityDemonstrated ability to problem solve effectively and efficientlyStrong interpersonal skillsProven ability in developing and coaching others to greater levels of responsibilityProven ability to lead by example and involve others in the decision making process (team player)Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasksProven ability of "widening the circle of engagement and ownership"Proven ability to innovate and improve upon existing processes and proceduresProven effectiveness with Corrective Actions Preventative Actions (CAPA)Other Requirements:Must be at least 18 years oldDate: July 25, 2025Location: Countryside - Sheboygan Falls, WICoach: Operations Coordinator- CountrysideMember Status: Full-Time, SalariedTravel: Not a ton, 5- 10% of your timeHours: 1st Shift; 6:00 AM to 3:00 PMReason for Posting: Member was promoted (We love when that happens!)
