A creative executor who can also read a Klaviyo dashboard and make a call. You've scaled brands, but you're still down to select photos, rewrite subject lines, or build the deck. You know what makes a girl stop scrolling and what makes her convert. You are the customer but you also know how to lead her. You're as obsessed with bounce rates as you are with the perfect bachelorette weekend fit. You know how to pick a high-converting photo and write a subject line that gets clicked. You're the friend who plans the itinerary and knows what's trending before the rest of the group chat. You are the customer but you think like a CMO. And now, you're ready to lead one of the most recognizable lifestyle brands into its next era. ABOUT THE ROLE We're hiring a Head of Marketing & Creative Strategy to work directly with our founder and lead the full 360 marketing ecosystem: brand, content, ecommerce, community, influencer, PR, and product alignment. You'll own storytelling, systems, and strategy while keeping your finger on the pulse of culture and commerce. You'll bring both the eye and the engine: a visionary who understands aesthetic storytelling, but who also thrives on building strategy, driving performance, and optimizing execution across all marketing channels. You will take the creative vision our founder has built over the last decade and scale it through structured marketing, performance insights, community engagement, and next-level execution. This is a brand-led, data-backed, community-driven leadership role and you're not afraid to get your hands dirty. WHAT YOU'LL OWN Marketing Strategy & Performance Own the full marketing calendar and campaign engine across email (Klaviyo), SMS (Attentive), paid, social, on-site, influencer, and PR. Use data from GA4, Shopify, and channel tools to build strategies that convert while protecting the brand aesthetic. Lead lifecycle strategy in partnership with ecommerce + retention teams to increase LTV, repeat rate, and product velocity. Guide landing page, PDP, and funnel strategies alongside ecommerce team to ensure creative is optimized for conversion. Creative Direction & Brand Cohesion Translate the founder's vision into executable campaigns that perform both visually and emotionally. Own campaign ideation, briefs, photoshoot direction, final asset approval, and creative QA across all platforms. Work directly with designers and copywriters to produce polished, high-converting, and on-brand marketing assets. Build and protect brand systems and visual consistency across all consumer touchpoints—digital, physical, and community. Community Building & Organic Growth Develop marketing initiatives that drive real community connection, surprise & delight moments, IRL activations, group chat-worthy content, and loyalty programs. Be a voice for the 12th Tribe girl—what she's wearing, where she's going, how she speaks, what gets her attention. Lead organic campaigns and storytelling strategies that grow brand love without paid spend. Identify brand-right ways to build relationships through DMs, micro-moments, pop-ups, gifting, and experiential events. Influencer, PR & Events Oversee influencer and gifting strategy ensuring selects, messaging, and ROI are on point. Manage external PR and influencer agencies, aligning on brand voice, product moments, and revenue-driving campaigns. Lead all retail and community event strategies from Aspen to Miami to the bachelorette suite. Distribute campaign revenue goals and calendar to external partners, giving clear direction and holding them accountable. Product & Cross-Functional Alignment Act as a connective tissue between product, marketing, and ecommerce, aligning on drops, reorders, creative timelines, and merchandising opportunities. Translate marketing feedback and customer insights into product assortment recommendations. Partner with planning to help guide where we invest creatively and financially based on trends and performance. Leadership & Execution Be a hands-on leader to brand, content, and social team members—mentoring, refining, and guiding daily output. Step in where junior team members need support; be both strategic lead and executional support. Structure creative review cadences with Demi, design, and performance teams to keep velocity high and feedback sharp. Bring forward systems, briefs, campaign trackers, and communication structures that increase efficiency and clarity across the team. Manage and lead a team of designers, social media influencers, PR, editors, photographers, and junior brand managers. YOU'RE A FIT IF : 7-10 years of experience in marketing, brand, or content, ideally in a fashion, beauty, or lifestyle DTC brand. 3-5 Years of experience managing teams. You've led brand + performance marketing teams and understand both aesthetics and conversion. You're fluent in Klaviyo, GA4, Attentive, Meta Ads, social media, scaling influencer programs, TikTok trends, and Shopify analytics. You understand what moves product, what builds brand loyalty, and what turns a post into a moment. You've worked closely with product, ecommerce, and planning teams to align creative with inventory and drops. You care about culture. You obsess over details. You want to build something iconic, not just push content. BONUS POINTS IF : You’ve worked at brands like Meshki, DISSH, Monday Swimwear, House of CB, or other high-growth digitally native brands. You’ve led DAM or creative organization overhauls and cleaned up messy systems. You’ve built cross-channel, community-driven programs that deepen brand engagement. You’ve scaled a team or taken a brand from scrappy startup to structured success. Aesthetic is your middle name, and you dream in subject lines.
