Join TaxBit to shape the go-to-market success of our industry-leading solutions. As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will work closely with subject matter experts to craft product marketing and content strategies that drive awareness, expansion, and revenue growth across geographies.

Key Responsibilities
You will be the voice of the product and architect of GTM success. Responsibilities include developing messaging matrices, guiding launches, enabling sales, and partnering with SMEs, PMs, and engineering to provide content, tools, and intelligence to GTM teams.
GTM Strategy & Ownership : Own end-to-end GTM strategy for Enterprise SaaS and Public Sector offerings, defining goals, success metrics, and timelines.
Persona & Messaging Development : Build and iterate buyer/user personas, ensuring messaging relevance and differentiation across channels, geographies, and jurisdictions.
Launch & Sales Enablement : Lead product launches, create enablement assets (battlecards, decks, ROI tools, pricing guides) to exceed pipeline and revenue targets.
Program & Funnel Optimization : Partner with Demand Gen to design multi-channel programs, leveraging data to optimize pipeline and product adoption.
Market Intelligence : Conduct competitor analyses, market sizing, and pricing to inform positioning and product roadmap.
Collaboration & Evangelism : Maintain feedback loops with SMEs, PMs, and engineering; serve as a product spokesperson at sales calls, advisory boards, and industry events.
Professional Qualifications
Proven track record of launching RegTech SaaS products and executing sales enablement strategies that outperform targets.
6+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing, with at least 2 years in Enterprise GTM (public sector experience is a bonus).
Preferred 2+ years in web3, digital assets, blockchain, or regulated fintech.
Experience creating cross-channel persona-based messaging frameworks and sales assets that drive pipeline and adoption.
Ability to translate complex product features into clear value propositions and content.
Experience with CRM, MarTech, and marketing automation tools.
Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
Ability to develop pricing and packaging strategies aligned with market and customer insights.

The salary range for this role is $119,000 - $175,000 USD, with potential incentives, equity, and benefits depending on various factors.
