As an Amazon Robotics CAD System Administrator, you will manage and guide CAD/PDM/PLM applications and tools for AR product design data. The ideal candidate has experience as a CAD/PDM/PLM administrator, providing technical assistance for CAD applications, and coordinating implementation or upgrades. Experience in product configuration management, workflow development, and process development is also required. Familiarity with various CAD and data analysis packages is preferred. Key Responsibilities
System administration of CAD/PDM/PLM systems and design analysis applications Support for multiple geographical teams Data management, maintenance, troubleshooting, and end-user support Development, modification, and implementation of CAD/PDM/PLM/analytical tools Workflow development and process improvements Software installation, system maintenance, license management, upgrades Training, standards development, and process documentation Onboarding new employees and tool setup Coordination with IT on upgrades and new software deployment Vendor interface and industry trend monitoring A Day in the Life

BS in Engineering or equivalent with 4+ years of experience Proficiency with SOLIDWORKS 3D CAD Experience with CAD/PDM/PLM administration and management Technical support experience in CAD applications Workflow and process development experience Experience with CAD/PDM/PLM implementation and upgrades Understanding of product development processes Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment Preferred Qualifications
