Technical Engineering Lead

for a key project with the U.S. Army’s PEO M&S (Missiles and Space) in Huntsville, Alabama. This role is critical in helping us succeed in cutting-edge defense work. Requirements: All candidates must hold a current SECRET clearance or higher. What You'll Be Doing: Define requirements and design architectures for systems and systems of systems, including Integrated Fires (IF) architectures. Lead or participate in technical meetings such as IPTs, FITs, and working groups. Perform threat integration and interface with Army Threat agencies and Intelligence Centers. Develop and maintain simulations. Support systems and software process development, including maintaining the IF MBSE model and reference architecture. Provide engineering expertise for test planning, execution, and data analysis. Required Skills: Advanced degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Operations Research. At least 20 years’ experience with military radar and networked Command and Control systems. Knowledge of ballistics, information theory, Kalman filtering, and sensor data processing. Experience with tactical simulations across Live, Virtual, and Constructive environments. Understanding of simulation fidelity and limitations. Self-motivated with strong documentation and follow-up skills. Hands-on experience in problem resolution and cross-functional engineering coordination. Desired Skills: Current TS/SCI clearance. Familiarity with Army C2 systems such as AFATDS, FAADC2, and IAMD Battle Command System. Knowledge of JADC2 strategy and development. Recent experience in related organizations like the PEO M&S.
