KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Specialist, Oracle Financials to join our Managed Services practice.

Responsibilities:

Provide Level 2/3 application support to KPMG clients and users of cloud-based enterprise applications

Execute the day-to-day maintenance activities of cloud-based enterprise applications for a variety of clients including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews

Identify, document, and manage client business / functional requirements; assess client requirements and build of product specific functional specifications

Drive efficiency by continuously improving business process and task automation

Collaborate with diverse onshore/offshore teammates on the software development process and agile methodologies

Lead client facing meetings and workshops and presentations of key solution design, technology architecture concepts and demonstrations to client stakeholders; work as part of a team to implement solutions in an Agile-SCRUM framework by writing epics and user stories

Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:

Minimum three years of recent experience in post-production, managed services support or consulting experience working directly with internal/external clients; experience with modules: Projects, Accounting Hub, General Ledger, and Accounts Receivable and Lease Accounting preferred

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in management information systems, finance, supply chain, general business, or a related discipline

Experience with upgrades and functional testing, strong understanding of ITIL framework, ITSM and service desk management

Strong functional and technical knowledge of standard processes and configurations across cloud applications

Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and written and oral communications skills and the ability to articulate ideas effectively; excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills

Ability to scale projects from small to large, working closely with project managers, technical consultants, and clients to deploy and operate technology solutions, including problem research and resolution

Ability to travel as necessary (up to 25%)
