A fast-growing, private equity–backed healthcare organization is hiring an FP&A Manager to lead revenue planning and support high-impact decisions. This role will drive forecast accuracy, guide strategic initiatives, and partner closely with leadership across finance, sales, and operations. **Local candidates only; not open to relocation at this time. Key Responsibilities Lead revenue forecasting, annual planning, and long-range projections Analyze performance against forecast, identify key drivers, and recommend actions Partner with functional leaders to refine planning assumptions Build executive dashboards and KPI reporting tools Develop pricing and deal models to support contract negotiations Conduct margin analysis at the customer level to inform retention and pricing Ensure compliance with ASC 606 and support monthly close reviews Streamline reporting through automation and improved workflows Monitor market and business shifts that may impact revenue Support M&A, growth initiatives, and other strategic projects Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred 5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance Advanced skills in Excel and experience with tools like Power BI, NetSuite, or Tableau Solid understanding of revenue recognition under ASC 606 Strong analytical and communication skills with a focus on business impact Experience in healthcare and/or private equity environments strongly preferred Seniority level
