We specialize in fast-track projects in new commercial construction for both public and private clients, with a primary focus in the Department of Defense (DoD) market.

We are seeking an

Electrical Project Manager

(EPM) to join our Field Operations team in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. The Electrical PM will lead all electrical aspects and phases of projects from conceptual design to final completion, supporting RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values. The role may involve managing multiple electrical projects simultaneously.

Minimum Requirements:

A BA/BS degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience and training.

Four or more years of experience as an Electrical Project Manager overseeing projects of at least $500,000 in scope.

Three or more years of experience with DoD project work structure, with fluent understanding.

Five or more years or equivalent experience as a Project Engineer and Assistant Project Manager in electrical construction; experience in the design-build industry is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet.

Preferred: familiarity with McCormick, Primavera 3/6, Autodesk, BIM, Revit software.

Required: CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30-hour Certifications (training available). STS certification is preferred.

LEED GA Credential or AP/AP+ is preferred.
