Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $127,000 - $159,900 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?
Lead, inspire, and develop kitchen and service teams to uphold the highest standards of excellence Design and execute seasonal menus that reflect authentic Italian culinary traditions while showcasing your creative vision Manage recipe development, portion specifications, and preparation procedures in alignment with budgetary goals Oversee purchasing, inventory control, food and labor cost management, and operational reporting Ensure full compliance with health department regulations and company policies Utilize financial acumen to manage P&Ls, budgeting, and scheduling Foster a culture of continuous improvement, mentorship, and team development Provide regular coaching to the culinary team, nurturing their growth while thinking strategically about their future career aspirations within the company
More About You
10 years overall culinary experience in established restaurants or catering companies, plus at least 5 years’ experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume, fine dining or luxury hospitality setting Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with authentic Italian cuisine is essential Culinary Arts degree or certification preferred; ServSafe and Food Safety Handler certifications required Strong proficiency in financial management, Microsoft Office Suite, and POS systems Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and inspire teams effectively Flexible schedule to meet the demands of a dynamic, high-profile restaurant
