Job Title: Project Manager – Heavy Highway Construction Location: Albany, NY

(Projects throughout New York State) Reports To: Vice President of Project Management Key Responsibilities: Manage

large-scale heavy highway construction projects Coordinate with

subcontractors, vendors, and 3rd parties Collaborate with superintendents on

two-week lookaheads Oversee

project budgets

and

financial reporting Manage

RFI’s, submittals, change orders, and pay apps Review

timesheets and payroll submissions Run

cost-to-complete meetings

and attend

bi-weekly progress meetings Coordinate

materials and long-lead items Submit and track

pay estimates/applications Approve and code

purchase orders, receipts, and tickets Update

EBO (Equal Business Opportunity) Ensure

project safety

and compliance with

OSHA Manage

D/W/MBE and EEO goals Maintain strong communication with both

field staff and project owners Deliver projects

on time and within budget Ideal Candidate Profile: 5–10 years

of relevant experience Valid

driver’s license

and

reliable vehicle Able to

interpret regulations

and work independently Experience with

heavy machinery/equipment Strong interpersonal skills to foster a

positive team culture Proficient in

Microsoft Office Flexible work hours and willing to

travel
