$130,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Micone Staffing Resources, Inc. Key Responsibilities Estimate costs for earthwork, utilities, and paving projects. Utilize HCSS (HeavyBid, HeavyJob) to assess materials, labor, and project needs. Prepare timely and accurate bid proposals. Analyze blueprints and specifications for precise cost calculations. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and availability. Identify project risks and optimize cost efficiency. Collaborate with project teams to align estimates with project goals. Provide regular updates and reports on estimating activities. Qualifications 4–5 years of experience as a Civil Estimator with expertise in HCSS. In-depth knowledge of civil construction processes and cost structures. Proficiency in HeavyBid, HeavyJob, and other estimating tools. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (preferred). Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Seniority level
