Insurance Vertical

at the national level. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the insurance sector, particularly in working with corporate insurance clients. This role requires deep knowledge of industry operations, a strong understanding of digital transformation trends, and significant leadership experience in managing high-performing, cross-functional teams. The candidate will be responsible for driving strategic growth, deepening client relationships, and shaping the future of our insurance offerings in a rapidly evolving market. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Define and implement the growth strategy for the insurance vertical in alignment with the company’s overall business objectives

Leverage industry insights and emerging digital trends to stay ahead of the competition

Client Relationship Management Build and nurture long-term relationships with key corporate clients, including insurers, brokers, and other ecosystem players

Position the company as a trusted strategic partner in their digital transformation initiatives

Business Growth Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and account expansion

Focus on offerings across life, health, and general insurance sectors

Team Leadership & Development Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team including business development managers, solution architects, and account executives

Foster a collaborative, accountable, and innovation-driven team culture

Market Intelligence Monitor regulatory changes, industry trends, and technological advancements in the insurance sector

Adapt business strategy based on insights to maintain market relevance and competitive edge

Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure the successful delivery of tailored solutions

Act as the voice of the customer internally, aligning solutions to client pain points and industry needs

Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Insurance, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred

10+ years of experience in the insurance sector, with demonstrated leadership in digital transformation and IT-enabled solutions

Proven success in managing and scaling high-performing teams

Deep understanding of insurance business models, regulations, and client expectations

Strong experience in consultative/solution selling and strategic account management

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills

Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and deliver tangible business outcomes

Preferred Attributes Experience with enterprise technology solutions relevant to the insurance industry (e.g., document management, workflow automation, AI/ML, data analytics)

Existing relationships with top-tier insurance companies, brokers, and solution partners

Demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets and market expansion in competitive environments

Track record of driving innovation and managing organizational change effectively
