Health & Safety Specialist – Utility Scale Solar/PV Projects - 12 month Contract! Earthstream is seeking an experienced

Health & Safety Specialist

to join the team and lead the implementation of project-specific safety policies and procedures across their utility scale Solar portfolio. You will ensure a safe and compliant work environment and provide professional Health and Safety leadership to project management teams, subcontractors, and site personnel to achieve our goal of zero safety incidents. Key Responsibilities: Lead and administer Safety & Health programs on construction sites to verify operations are planned and executed safely. Manage project safety deliverables in alignment with the Corporate Safety & Health Department. Ensure compliance with Local, State, and Federal OSHA regulations. Conduct regular performance reviews, site assessments, and audits to maintain compliance and safety best practices. Address and resolve work stoppages when circumstances pose immediate danger to life or health. Provide guidance to site personnel on Burns & McDonnell's safety standards and recommend improvements. Requirements: Experience within the utility scale solar space. 5-10 years’ experience inconstruction safety. In-depth knowledge of OSHA Construction and General Industry Regulations, ANSI, NIOSH, Army Corps of Engineers EM 385-1-1, and NEC standards. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Willingness to work various schedules at project sites. Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving requirements. Seniority level
