Amazon Web Services (AWS) Would you like to help enterprise customers accelerate and maximize their business success by migrating and transforming to AWS? Do you have a proven track record of defining and executing transformation programs at enterprise level? We are seeking experienced professionals to engage with business leaders and CxOs to define large-scale cloud adoption, migration strategies, and cloud business transformation leveraging AWS capabilities across Solution Architects, Partners, Professional Services, and Business Development teams. In this role, you will work backwards from customer goals and clarify the AWS value proposition. You will collaborate with sales teams, advising on cloud adoption journeys and strategic acceleration methods to realize business value from migrations and cloud transformations. You will assist customers with best practices in cloud assessments, business cases, migration strategies, and alignments with enablement programs to meet their business outcomes. Additionally, you will build and lead remote, cross-functional teams including Business Development, Sales, Partners, Solution Architecture, and Professional Services to ensure excellent customer experiences and outcomes on AWS. You will also be responsible for opportunity management, reporting, and forecasting for AWS’s fastest-growing customers. The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience working with C-Level and VP-level customers on large-scale transformation projects. They should be confident in leading business and operational transformation meetings, demonstrating the value of cloud services to leadership. The candidate must be customer-obsessed, collaborative, possess strong technical depth, and be capable of helping customers realize the benefits of cloud adoption. Experience in change management and building new capabilities is essential. A strong understanding of cloud solutions, the ability to simplify complex problems, and a passion for helping customers transform using cloud technologies are required. Key responsibilities include:
Collaborating with account teams and senior customer leaders (CIOs and CTOs) to develop a shared cloud adoption vision and transformation strategy. Leading CxO and VP-level customer meetings on cloud adoption, emphasizing the business value of AWS cloud services. Presenting compelling cloud proposals to support business cases for AWS migration and transformation. Working with technical and industry teams to deliver consistent outcomes and manage customer requests. Serving as a strategic and trusted cloud advisor for large cloud adoption programs. Creating executive-level presentations on cloud adoption strategies, business value, and ROI. Representing AWS at industry events, customer briefings, and conferences on cloud adoption and business transformation. Basic qualifications:
Over 5 years of experience in developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements. Over 5 years of experience responding to RFPs, including requirements analysis, technical matching, and solution development. Bachelor’s degree in business economics, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, information technology, or equivalent. Over 5 years managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules. Preferred qualifications:
Over 5 years in senior roles within technology, IT services, or professional services companies, focusing on transformative technology strategies with enterprise customers.
