Security Engineering, Vulnerability Testing, Penetration Testing, Risk Management and Assessment, Insider Threat Analysis, and IT Policies and Procedures
by improving, protecting, and defending our Nation's Security. Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Government to assess current operations and business processes through the examination of organization's mission, strategic goals, and customer needs, starting at the strategic level and progressing down through stakeholder organizations. Facilitate Business Process Reengineering (BPR) efforts and engage stakeholder organizations to fully define processes, business rules, and relationships that drive operations. Define and document a capability delivery roadmap, configuration requirements, business rules, and system requirements. Leverage industry best practices to plan, organize, and guide complex programs using COTS tools. Provide facilitation, interviewing, training, and knowledge transfer; coordinate between multiple project teams for enterprise-wide reengineering efforts. Define and document data modeling requirements, including all system data generated internally and externally from legacy Source Systems of Record (SSOR). Recommend SOPs across multiple organizations within the Government enterprise. Apply process improvement and re-engineering methodologies to modernize processes. Additional duties may include activity and data modeling, developing modern business methods, identifying best practices, and creating performance measurements. Qualifications
10 years of experience in Business Process Engineering activities. 5 years of experience with Process Improvement methodologies (e.g., CMM/CMMI, ISO 9000, Six Sigma, Agile) for COTS integration programs. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Network Security, Business, or equivalent from an accredited institution. Or, in lieu of a Bachelor's, 14 years of relevant Business Process Engineering experience. Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph. Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $160,000 - $185,000. The pay range is a guideline and not a guarantee. Compensation considers role responsibilities, educational background, experience, and competencies.
