Flight Test Engineering Manager, Precision Effects . We are seeking a leader to oversee testing of autonomous systems for our jet and missile portfolios. About Anduril:

Our systems are powered by Lattice OS, an AI-driven operating system that integrates data streams into a real-time 3D command center. Role Overview:
You will lead our Test & Evaluation team, focusing on developing and executing testing strategies for autonomous systems, including Fury, our Group 5 UAS. The role involves working closely with program leadership and cross-departmental teams to ensure product reliability and performance. Key Responsibilities: Develop and refine testing approaches, providing real-time feedback for product improvements. Lead software and mission autonomy infrastructure testing, reducing testing timelines from months to weeks. Define development, test, and verification strategies aligned with company principles. Manage test requirements, schedules, milestones, and results analysis. Lead subsystem and system-level testing, including software and hardware integration. Coordinate with compliance and certification teams for seamless test execution. Collaborate with engineering teams to iterate and improve autonomous products. Support contract shaping, capture, and expansion efforts. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience leading software validation and autonomous systems projects. Proven leadership in complex autonomous vehicle testing. Experience with systems engineering, DoD processes, and software lifecycle standards. Strong communication and team management skills. Ability to travel and work extended hours as needed. Preferred:
Master’s degree in engineering, experience with programming languages, Linux systems, UAS autopilot software, and DoD operational testing. Salary Range:
$142,000–$215,000 USD Benefits:
