THE WORK The GG SIGNAL SWE leading multi faceted mission critical system development, deployment and evolution. The successful candidate will provide SIGINT Development (SIGDEV) analytic support, analyze signals of interest, and design software modules for advanced signal processing. This role requires expertise in both coding and signal processing to optimize customer accesses and develop innovative processing solutions. The primary functions include: SIGINT Development Support: Provide SIGINT Development (SIGDEV) analytic support to optimize and develop assigned customer accesses, ensuring effective signal processing and intelligence gathering. Signal Analysis: Analyze module/model output from signals of interest to facilitate the creation of follow-on processing, enhancing the overall effectiveness of signal interpretation. Software Design and Implementation: Design and implement software modules in MATLAB or similar design suites to process signals of interest, ensuring standards are met. Novel Processing Solutions: Develop innovative approaches for utilizing COTS and GOTS systems to create processing solutions beyond their intended use, optimizing resources. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful integration of software modules. Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of design processes, algorithms, and software implementations. Learn more about Lockheed Martin's benefits. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience, with 20+ years of professional experience. Considered an expert in the discipline. Must possess all capabilities as per GG SOW Appendix B for USG SWE level 3. Requisite security clearance and polygraphs required. Desired Skills Experience coding in C/C++ and Python. Familiarity with SDR platforms like REDHAWK/RFNext, GNU Radio. Strong RF signals analysis background. Experience with MATLAB, X-Midas. Unix/Linux system development. Containerization with Docker/Kubernetes. DSP principles, satellite communications. Geolocation tech. GPU/CUDA development. Message queue protocols. Work Schedule Supports flexible schedules, including condensed workweeks, in addition to PTO benefits. Salary and Benefits In California and New York (excluding major metros): $128,400 - $226,435. In other states, based on location. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401(k), and more. Incentive plans are available.
