The Opportunity Senior Manager – Infrastructure Technology
is responsible for leading a team that executes Requests for Capital Expenditure (RCE) for the BTS organization. Key responsibilities include: Knowledge of Infrastructure technology management which includes but not limited to Network, Data Center and End User technologies
Strategy and Planning: Manage strategy, planning, and execution.
Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct quarterly meetings with IT leaders and stakeholders.
Liaison Role: Act as a liaison between the RCE COE team, IT Finance, Project Accounting, vendors, BTS towers, and PMO.
Team Support: Provide staff escalation and support.
Additionally, the Senior Manager directs a team that handles global RCE creation, capital spend management, closure, financial reconciliation, hardware asset reconciliation, and reporting. Core Job Responsibilities: Senior Manager – Infrastructure Technology

Team Management Responsibilities: Supervising the creation of 50 BTS RCEs totaling 100MM in capital
End-to-end spend management of over 600 PO requests for capital expenditure
Creating over 350 intercompany billing requests for OUS spending activity
Monthly LBE Reporting
Monthly Business updates
Quarterly LBE Reporting
Closure reporting ICB status/escalation RCE Status
Spend status Forecast Management
Yearly Project Portfolio Plan Year-end management and reporting

Asset retirement – Quarterly

Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or another discipline relevant to the healthcare industry or equivalent experience.
10+ years of experience supportingInfrastructure or Technologybased operations anddriving Business and Financeoperations, with a strong track record of delivering strategic solutions and optimizing performance.
3 years of finance experience, including hands-on work withRCE (Request for Capital Expenditures)and other financial planning tools.
Deep understanding ofinfrastructure technologies, includingNetworking,Data Center Operations, Storage andCloud platforms, etc.
Solid knowledge ofIT technologies, including SAP, etc.
Preferred Experience/Training: IT experience in a large or midsized multinational healthcare organization. IT expertise in one or more areas specific to the supported business process.
Strong project management skills, including program/project management governance.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, etc
Proficient in Microsoft Office products, in particular Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Proficient in software applications like SAP
Strong analytical skills
High level of communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to work in a matrixed environment and understand business needs and support the organization with value-added analysis and insight
Financial modeling and ability to navigate complex formulas
Comfortable providing recommendations to senior leaders and executives
Experience with vendor management.
Performs monthly reviews of the departmental financial performance vs. plan
Automates and improves financial planning processes.
Provides financial analysis support for key capital projects.
Build successful partnerships with internal customers.
Provide documentation for financial schedules.
Provide recommendations for process improvements in reporting and analysis.

The base pay for this position is $127,300.00 – $254,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
