Primary Responsibilities JOB DESCRIPTION Supporting Investment bankers from junior to senior level. Manage complex calendars, prioritize meeting requests, and coordinate internal/external appointments across multiple time zones. Arrange heavy domestic and international travel logistics, including flights hotels, and ground transportation. Process expense reports using Concur. Maintain and update executives CRM system with client information and meeting notes. Hours are 9am - 5pm Required Background/Skills:

Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, with at least 2 years supporting professionals in Investment Banking or Financial Services. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Experience using Concur and CRM platforms is preferred. Demonstrates a high level of integrity and professionalism. Strong written and verbal skills. Highly organized, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Primary Location: New York, New York

Full Time Salary Range of $75,000-$95,000.

The salary offered will take into consideration an individual's experience level and qualifications.
