A partner emergency and specialty veterinary hospital in
beautiful Naples, FL , is seeking a
skilled and compassionate Associate Veterinarian
to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to live and work in one of Florida’s most desirable coastal cities while practicing top-tier emergency medicine in a collaborative, high-tech environment. About the Role
In this role, you’ll handle urgent and emergent cases in a fast-paced, fully equipped hospital alongside an exceptional team of ER doctors, technicians, and specialists. The hospital offers advanced diagnostics, critical care monitoring, surgical suites, and 24/7 support. Key Responsibilities
Triage and manage emergency cases including trauma, toxicities, and acute medical conditions
Stabilize and monitor critical patients
Perform emergency surgeries and procedures
Communicate clearly with pet owners about treatment plans and outcomes
Work collaboratively with a skilled medical and support team
Ideal Candidate
DVM or VMD from an accredited veterinary school
Licensed or eligible to practice in Florida
Experience in emergency or critical care preferred, but strong new graduates will be considered
Calm under pressure, confident decision-maker
Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented attitude
