* Serve as the functional lead for Endur-related workstreams within large-scale energy trading transformation projects. * Engage stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable Endur or other ETRM designs and configurations. * Provide thought leadership across the full trade lifecycle: deal capture, risk management, confirmations, scheduling, settlements, credit, and reporting. * Interface with technical and data teams to support integration, workflow automation, and real-time analytics enablement. * Leverage exposure to other ETRM platforms (e.g., RightAngle, Allegro, TriplePoint, Amphora, Orchestrade, Enuit, Molecule, etc.) to compare features, guide migration, or ensure cross-platform integration. * Partner with IBM AI and data science teams to identify and drive use cases that improve or transform ETRM workflows. * Lead and contribute to the development of comprehensive test strategies, test scripts, and execution plans across multiple Endur ETRM implementations. * Ensure thorough functional, integration and regression testing of new features, configurations, and interfaces, driving defect resolution. * Support QA/UAT, training, and go-live readiness with a focus on change adoption and business value delivery. * Contribute to proposal development, solution architecture reviews, and internal capability building within IBM’s ETRM practice. * This Job can be Performed from anywhere in the US.
