Title: TSG Support Technician with DrivingLocation: Sandy Springs, GA 30328, USADuration: 0-6 MonthsShift: M-F 8:00am to 5:00pmPay rate: $21.00 - $26.00/ HourJob Description Provides technical support activities in an assigned area. Performs equipment exchanges and maintains inventory control records. Installs software and updates programs on computer and telecommunication systems. Troubleshoots and resolves hardware and software issues. Trains end-users on supported software and hardware with a user- and tech-focused approach. Assists users in resolving computer-related problems, including inoperative hardware or software. Travels using personal vehicle to provide technology support for Core Technology Solutions, Small Package, Freight, and SCS locations. Supports the technology infrastructure, ensuring systems remain operational and efficient. Works various shifts and is available five days per week, including weekends when necessary (e.g., for vacation coverage or planned upgrades). Plans and prioritizes service requests to meet service level agreements and maintain high customer satisfaction. Communicates effectively with users at all levels, including executive management. Makes timely and quality decisions based on available information and situational context.Qualifications Associate's Degree in Computer Science required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. A+ Certification is required. Proficient to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Access, Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Ability to prioritize and manage daily tasks efficiently. Must be willing and able to travel using personal vehicle.
