Demonstrates expertise, supports development, and improves processes by providing advice and guidance. Builds relationships with stakeholders, identifies needs, and implements solutions. Models and enforces customer service standards, ensuring concerns are addressed within company guidelines. Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations, maintaining confidentiality and documentation. Delivers comprehensive patient care, including immunizations and other programs, in accordance with regulations. Fosters a culture of patient safety and quality care, promoting transparency and continuous improvement.
