We’re seeking a strategic and passionate Marketing Analytics Manager to lead our measurement strategy, performance monitoring, customer insights, and other marketing analytics aspects. This role is instrumental in driving marketing effectiveness, informing channel strategy, and enabling data-driven decisions. You will own our end-to-end marketing analytics ecosystem—from goal setting to reporting and optimization. This position involves people management. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of marketing measurement methodologies (e.g., Multi-Touch Attribution, Media Mix Modeling, incrementality testing), customer engagement funnels, and performance marketing levers. You will collaborate closely with merchant and product marketing, growth teams, and other cross-functional units to unlock growth and efficiency across all touchpoints. Responsibilities
Lead the holistic marketing measurement strategy, including goal setting, KPI definition, and reporting frameworks across all channels. Own performance monitoring for paid and owned channels, ensuring metrics are accurate, consistent, and actionable. Develop scalable analytics solutions, dashboards, and data models supporting strategic decisions. Generate insights at channel and customer segment levels to optimize targeting, creative, and budgets. Apply advanced methodologies like Multi-Touch Attribution, Media Mix Modeling, and geo-based lift studies to evaluate marketing effectiveness. Spearhead weekly cross-functional performance reviews, investigate major shifts, and provide strategic recommendations. Identify growth opportunities, diagnose performance gaps, and influence roadmap priorities with a GM mindset. Translate complex insights into clear narratives and business recommendations for leadership. Design and execute experiments to test marketing tactics and measure incrementality and ROI. Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Engineering teams to align strategies and execute initiatives. Mentor junior analysts to deliver impactful insights and improve analytics quality. Qualifications
8+ years in marketing or growth analytics roles. 2+ years in people management. Expertise in measurement frameworks such as MTA, MMM, and incrementality testing. Strong knowledge of digital/offline marketing levers, funnels, engagement metrics, and LTV modeling. Proficiency in SQL and/or Python. Experience with A/B testing for owned and paid channels. Knowledge of tracking technologies like Google Tag Manager, UTM, pixels, and APIs across platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok). Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence cross-functionally. Creative and critical thinking skills, ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. Humility and team-oriented attitude. Pay Grade: O Equity Grade: 12 Base salary in the US varies by location, with ranges from approximately $191,000 to $265,000 annually, plus benefits including equity, health coverage, stipends, and more.
