Design client performance and lifestyle apparel by applying practical insights, knowledge of construction, trims, and materials to create innovative products that reflect the client's design ethos and philosophies. Develop concepts and seasonal designs across various product types and sports such as football, baseball, softball, including fan wear. Experience in technical sportswear, performance apparel, gender-fluid designs, knits, wovens, tops, and bottoms is required. Responsibilities
Attend fit sessions to develop high-quality products across different distribution levels and price points. Collaborate with design, business, materials, and category teams to ideate, present, develop, and troubleshoot through all stages of product development. Develop concepts, mock-ups, and material selections. Prepare presentation materials, including seasonal narratives, toolboxes, and frameworks, to communicate design intent. Support team members across various needs. Work with cross-functional teams including graphic design, color design, technical design, development, sourcing, and product management. Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Materials, Graphics, Product Design, or Human Body Design, with at least four (4) years of relevant experience. Experience must include: Storytelling and narrative creation Translating design direction into physical products Creating and delivering presentations Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Experience with presentation tools such as Keynote and InDesign Understanding of materials and pattern making Apparel construction and sewing skills Experience with digital or 3D software such as CLO3D
