Oversee project planning, execution, and completion while ensuring budgets, schedules, and quality standards are met. Develop Strategies –
Implement risk management plans, optimize efficiency, and drive continuous improvement. Ensure Compliance –
Maintain adherence to regulatory, safety, and industry standards. Manage Teams & Collaboration –
Lead multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Strengthen Client Relationships –
Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term engagement. Drive Business Growth –
Expand our market presence by leveraging industry insights and strategic planning. What We’re Looking For Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or an Associate’s degree with extensive industry experience). 10+
years of project management experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role. Strategic Mindset
– Ability to anticipate challenges and align project goals with business objectives. Decision Quality
– Makes informed, data-driven decisions. Drives Results
– Ensures timely and high-quality project completion. Manages Complexity
– Effectively navigates regulatory and logistical challenges. Ensures Accountability
– Holds self and teams responsible for outcomes. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project management software. Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines. Additional Requirements Travel:
Frequent travel for client meetings, site visits, and stakeholder coordination. Physical:
Ability to sit for extended periods, work on a computer, and occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.
