USA-Quality Assurance Associate II (Scientific)

Currently seeking a Quality Assurance Associate II for a prominent client of ours. This position is based in Cambridge, MA. Details for the position are as follows: Pay: $40-51/hr. 12-month assignment with possibility for extension or conversion based on performance and budget.Responsibilities: Lead lab data quality and safety compliance by enforcing Sanofi's Global Research Policy (GRP) and research ethics standards. Serve as the Therapeutic Area (TA) representative for Benchling ELN: manage access, onboard new hires, provide training, troubleshoot issues, and conduct regular audits and annual compliance reviews. Oversee Specific Pharmacology Reports (SPRs): guide project teams through the reporting process, ensure data accuracy, format compliance, and train users on Veeva Vault. Support lab quality systems: perform safety audits, maintain and audit equipment, monitor reagent expiration, and ensure accurate labeling and proper chemical storage. Track and report potential quality issues to leadership and assist with corrective actions as needed.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience within a biopharma setting or Master's degree with 3+ years 2+ years of experience within immunology research is required Experience with GLP is required Experience with ELN (benchling) is required Experience with pharmacology reports is preferred In-vivo or in-vitro research experience is preferred Experience with Veeva vault is preferred
