We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic S&OP Leader to lead our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) efforts within the Parcel / Mail division. This role will be central to enabling business growth and operational excellence by creating and leading an integrated S&OP process that aligns demand and supply, drives profitability, and improves predictability across the organization. This individual will serve as a critical link between Sales, Product Management, Finance, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Site Execution teams. The S&OP Leader will provide end-to-end visibility across the value chain, drive data-driven decision-making, and ensure that all teams are aligned to meet customer commitments, revenue recognition targets, and operating income goals.

You will develop and implement a robust S&OP framework tailored to the Parcel/ Mail industry’s dynamic project-driven and product-based business models Establish a structured monthly S&OP cadence including demand review, supply planning, capacity evaluation, financial alignment, and executive review Build alignment between Commercial, Product, and Operations to support strategic growth and tactical execution Drive the creation of a rolling 18–24 month demand forecast across Parcel customers and projects You will partner with Sales and Product leaders to translate bookings, pipeline, and historical trends into actionable demand plans Monitor and continuously improve forecast accuracy; define clear metrics and accountability Translate demand plans into detailed capacity and resource plans for engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and installation Coordinate with functional teams to evaluate short-term and long-term capacity constraints and proactively plan mitigation strategies You will partner with HR and department leads to align workforce planning with future project requirements Align S&OP outputs with financial objectives, including revenue recognition (Rev Rec), operating income (OI), and backlog projections Drive alignment between budget, actuals, and forecast across SAP, Lucanet, and Salesforce platforms Provide financial impact analysis of supply/demand imbalances and scenario planning You will oversee inventory planning in alignment with project schedules and material lead times Conduct detailed material forecasting, ensuring supplier readiness, buffer strategy, and on-time availability for Parcel projects Lead initiatives to optimize inventory turns, working capital, and reduce obsolescence Own the data governance and system integration for all S&OP-related tools (SAP, Salesforce, Lucanet, Excel-based models) You will develop dashboards and KPI scorecards (forecast accuracy, schedule adherence, inventory levels, revenue conversion) Ensure visibility into backlog health, open orders, project progress, and critical path items Facilitate monthly executive S&OP meetings, driving alignment on business-critical decisions Present insights, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership You will cultivate a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across cross-functional teams You have a Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, industrial engineering, or a related field. Your MBA or Master’s degree is preferred You have 8–12 years of progressive experience in S&OP, integrated business planning, or operations leadership APICS/CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent certification Experience working in global organizations and with multi-site planning You are familiar with Lean, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement methodologies Strong analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and business impact Deep understanding of the Parcel automation industry, project-driven operations, and engineered-to-order environments Proven success leading cross-functional planning processes in a fast-paced, matrixed organization You have expertise in demand/supply planning, forecasting, financial modeling, and inventory optimization Proficient in ERP and planning tools such as SAP (PP, APO, IBP), Salesforce, Lucanet, and advanced Excel. Strong leadership, facilitation, and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
