Description

Bullion International Group is seeking an accomplished leader to join and build a centralized Program Management Office (PMO) and drive executional excellence across its portfolio of operational and growth initiatives. This highly visible leadership position reports to the CFO and involves collaborating with senior department and business leaders. The ideal candidate will develop scalable project management practices, build playbooks, establish prioritization processes, and ensure high-quality delivery within scope. Key Responsibilities:

Lead the enterprise-wide portfolio of projects, establishing a cohesive project management framework. Define and implement PMO standards, tools, and methodologies for consistency and transparency. Evaluate and optimize project intake and governance processes to align resources with strategic priorities. Partner with leaders across strategy, growth, business, and operations globally for seamless execution. Build and lead a high-performing cross-functional team, fostering collaboration and accountability. Establish KPIs and dashboards to track progress and communicate performance to executive leadership. Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure milestones are met and outcomes achieved. Promote change management and adoption of new processes and tools. Lead projects from requirements to deployment with clear plans and risk management. Develop partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers. Qualifications:

7+ years of progressive project and program management experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles building and scaling PMOs. Deep understanding of project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Jira, Confluence). Experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus. Proven experience in transforming project prioritization, governance, and portfolio management processes. Ability to work independently, analyze complex information, and communicate effectively at an executive level. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to influence and align diverse stakeholder groups. Excellent analytical skills with a focus on metrics and quantitative goals in project management. Education:

Bachelor's degree or related technical field required; Master’s degree is a plus. Certificates & Licenses:

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is a plus. Benefits:
