Your earning potential is limitless. You could make $150K, $200K, $300K, or even $500K—the sky's the limit. Key Responsibilities: Prospect and generate leads by identifying potential clients within the property management industry and developing strategies to generate new business opportunities. Conduct in-person visits, phone calls, emails, attend networking events, organize get-togethers, and other activities to build relationships with potential customers managing plumbing infrastructure in condos and townhomes. Present our mobile app to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits. Engage with clients to understand their challenges and provide customized solutions. Track and manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, maintaining accurate records of client interactions and progress. Foster strong relationships with clients and industry professionals, ensuring high levels of customer service and client retention. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals. Qualifications: 3+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in property management or facilities services industry. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Basic CRM system skills. Familiarity with property management processes and software solutions is desirable but not required. Willingness to learn new technologies. Self-motivated, results-oriented, capable of working independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Seniority level
