Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional Sr Business Analyst to
train and coach our internal teams
on how to write clear, actionable, and structured business and technical requirements. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and documentation best practices, and can effectively translate that knowledge into hands-on training programs. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver
training sessions
(live and/or recorded) focused on writing effective business and functional requirements. Review and assess current documentation practices across teams. Provide
frameworks, templates, and examples
for writing user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and BRDs. Facilitate
interactive workshops
and real-life scenario exercises. Mentor and coach team members (BA, product, dev teams) on improving clarity and completeness in their requirements. Establish documentation standards and
best practices tailored to our domain . Collaborate with project managers, product owners, and stakeholders to align training with real-world needs. 7+ years of experience in
Business Analysis, Product Management, or Requirements Engineering . Experience working with software within the healthcare domain. Proven experience
training or mentoring teams
on writing business and functional requirements. Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Phenomenal writing skills Experience with tools like
Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar . BA certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience working with cross-functional or distributed teams. Familiarity with regulatory or compliance-heavy environments (e.g., healthcare, finance). Workshop facilitation or corporate training certifications.
