Responsibilities
The Program Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of manufacturing programs from concept through delivery. This role oversees scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and quality assurance, ensuring products are manufactured efficiently, cost-effectively, and meet all regulatory and customer requirements. •Lead and manage manufacturing programs throughout their lifecycle, from initiation to production and delivery. •Develop project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets. •Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, production, and quality teams to ensure alignment with program goals. •Monitor program performance and implement corrective actions as needed to meet schedule and cost targets. •Communicate program status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and executive leadership. •Manage change control processes and maintain documentation. •Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards. •Drive continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing processes.
Qualifications •Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred). •Experience: 5+ years of experience in program or project management within a manufacturing environment.
Skills: •Program and project management •Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and quality systems. •Strong leadership and team management skills. •Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Six Sigma, PMP certification a plus). •Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. •Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. •Financial acumen and experience managing program budgets. •Risk management and mitigation •Budgeting and cost control •Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement •ERP/MRP systems knowledge •Problem-solving and decision-making
Salary: $95,800 - $143,600 plus bonus incentive
