Junior to Mid-Level Fund Finance Associate
to join its Boston office. If you’re a driven finance attorney with a strong foundation in debt finance and an interest in private equity/venture capital structures, this is an opportunity to grow at one of the most forward-thinking, collaborative firms in the industry. The Role
You’ll work on complex fund finance matters, representing major financial institutions in both single-lender and syndicated transactions. From day one, you’ll get direct client exposure and hands-on mentorship from leading partners in the field. What You’ll Be Doing
Structuring and negotiating debt finance transactions Representing lenders working with private equity and venture capital funds Reviewing diligence and limited partnership agreements Collaborating with a national team across multiple offices Managing multiple deals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Ideal Candidate
2–3 years of experience handling debt finance transactions Exposure to lender-side representation and fund structures (preferred but not required) Skilled in drafting and negotiating loan documentation Sharp communication and analytical skills High attention to detail, with a team-first mindset Why Apply?
