Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst

Outstanding long-term contract opportunity! A well-known Financial Services Company is looking for an IAM Analyst in Chandler, AZ, Dallas, TX or Charlotte, NC.

Contract Duration: 24 Months with possible conversion W2 only
Required Skills & Experience Scripting - Python, PowerShell, and VB - in that order of importance Need someone with a degree preferably 3 to 5 years of exp in IAM, provisioning, RBAC and strong preference for SailPoint exp and some scripting. CyberArk not useful really in their role or good but not as pertinent as SailPoint. SP can just be experience but does not have to be advanced in any way
Desired Skills & Experience
Hands-on experience with IAM Tools (SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Ping, Microsoft Entra ID) • Experience with authentication standards (LDAP, SAML, OAuth, Open ID, SCIM). • Experience with security compliance frameworks (ISO, NIST, SOX, PCI) • Ability to interact with various layers of leadership • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and achieve deliverables • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills • Customer service focus with the ability to respond to requests in a timely manner • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, and Project) skills
What You Will Be Doing • Provide consultation for all aspects of information security compliance policy, risk management, and remediation • Investigate security concerns, document the impact and implement strategies to prevent future incidents. • Maintain service level commitments for identity lifecycle management processes (provisioning, deprovisioning, certification) while providing excellent customer service. • Support the implementation of identity governance tools (IGA) for access certification, role management and segregation of duties (SoD). • Assist in the deployment of identity access management solutions to drive customer satisfaction. • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
