The YMCA of Broome County is looking for friendly and customer-oriented Membership Services Representatives to join our team.

Responsibilities:
Responding to member inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
Maintaining accurate member information in our database
Preparing and processing membership applications
Resolving member complaints and issues in a timely manner
Providing information on membership benefits and services
Assisting with membership renewals and upgrades
Collaborating with other departments to ensure member satisfaction
Available Shifts:
Monday & Tuesday: 10:00am-3:00pm
Saturday: 12:00pm-4:00pm
Sunday: 9:00am-4:00pm
Salary:
$16.00 per hour

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of customer service experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
