As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed within budget. Key responsibilities include: Reviewing and analyzing project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment. Developing and maintaining relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to obtain accurate pricing information and ensure competitive bids. Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to develop project schedules and ensure estimates align with project requirements. Preparing and submitting bids and proposals to clients, including detailed cost breakdowns. Monitoring and tracking project costs to ensure they remain within budget. Conducting cost analysis and recommending cost-saving measures. Participating in project meetings and providing ongoing support to project teams. Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in project management for construction projects in the federal sector. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations. Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift). Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
