Corporate Attorney | Finance, M&A, Funds & Transactions – Associate, Counsel & Partner-Level Roles Locations:
New York, DC, Chicago, Houston + remote-capable roles A premier legal platform is actively hiring transactional attorneys at the associate, counsel, and partner levels to support a growing roster of high-profile clients. These roles offer elite deal flow, cross-border exposure, and collaborative teams in a fast-paced, high-reward environment. Practice Areas of Interest Finance (Acquisition, Structured, ABL)
– Debt financing, CLOs, intercreditor agreements Private Funds
– Formation, structuring, and capital raising across asset classes Energy & Infrastructure
– Project finance and Latin America-facing development deals Global Transactions
