Position: Civil Site Development Project Manager / PE - Columbus, OH Type: Permanent Position with Benefits Salary: $115K - $135K A growing full-service civil & environmental engineering consulting firm is seeking to hire a Site Development Project Manager in the Columbus office to plan and manage projects for the Site Development Client Service Group. Projects may include master planning, site development, site evaluation, feasibility studies, utilities, stormwater management, detailed design, construction documents, bidding, and construction phase services. This position provides both technical and client management project leadership. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or related field PE, AICP, or other relevant certification 10+ years of experience 4+ years of supervisory experience Proficiency in MS Office, CAD, and industry software Strong communication and interpersonal skills Analytical and creative thinking Leadership and organizational skills in a team environment Candidates must pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
