Location: Atlanta, GA or Acton, MA or Plymouth, MN
Work Schedule: Hybrid (3/2) -
For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F
Ideal Candidate
Experience in product management, NPI, or a related role, with a proven track record of managing complex product introductions and leading cross-functional teams.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with product lifecycle management and new product introduction processes.
Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to addressing and resolving issues.

Key Responsibilities
NPI Process Management:
Oversee and supervise the new product introduction process from initial concept through to market launch. Ensure all stages of the NPI process are executed effectively and on schedule.
Team Leadership:
Supervise and mentor a team of product specialists and support staff involved in the NPI process. Provide guidance, set performance objectives, and conduct regular evaluations to ensure team development and performance.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment on product introduction activities. Facilitate communication and address any issues that arise during the NPI process.
Project Oversight:
Supervise key NPI projects, including product development, testing, and launch activities. Monitor project progress, manage resources, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure that new products meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements. Oversee product testing and validation processes to address any issues before market release.
Market Readiness:
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies. Ensure that new products are effectively positioned in the market and supported with appropriate training and materials.
Issue Resolution:
Proactively identify and resolve issues related to new product introductions. Develop and implement solutions to address challenges and prevent recurrence.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for NPI projects. Prepare and present reports on the status of new product introductions, including performance metrics, challenges, and recommendations.
Customer and Stakeholder Engagement:
Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback on new products. Utilize feedback to inform product improvements and enhance customer satisfaction.

The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
