A well-established, community-focused small animal practice in Marion, IN is seeking a dedicated veterinarian to join their team. With a history dating back to 1975, this busy hospital has built a strong reputation for continuity of care and a family-oriented culture. The practice currently operates with one doctor and a skilled team of six support staff.

The hospital is well-equipped with CO2 and cold therapy lasers, digital radiography, digital dental radiography, ultrasound, IDEXX in-house labs, and a dental drill. The facility features three exam rooms and a dedicated surgical suite. While the practice primarily focuses on dogs and cats, they are open to expanding services for a passionate doctor with additional interests. This full-service hospital also offers a growing platelet-rich plasma (PRP) service and some orthopedic procedures.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience, though new graduates are welcome with structured support. The full-time schedule consists of four weekdays from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with no weekend shifts required. Part-time opportunities are also available with a minimum of two days per week. Appointment slots are set at 15 minutes, with extended time for new graduates or complex cases. Mornings typically begin with surgery, followed by appointments throughout the day.

This is an excellent opportunity for a veterinarian looking to join a supportive team in a thriving practice with deep community ties. The clinic is open to discussions on schedule flexibility and specific professional interests to ensure a great fit. #J-18808-Ljbffr
