Apply today to make a difference with us. Position Purpose This is a remote position, preferably from Houston, TX or Dallas, TX. We may consider a Director level for the right candidate depending on experience. Principal Duties & Responsibilities Manage profit and loss for a book of business within the territory. Develop and implement marketing strategies targeting key brokers, attend industry events. Perform underwriting functions including financial, account, and industry analysis. Adhere to underwriting guidelines and authority limits. Support and advise other team members on underwriting and territorial issues. Lead special projects as needed. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in business, insurance, or related field, with 5+ years of relevant experience. Knowledge, Skills, & Competencies Strong analytical skills for underwriting solutions. Effective communication of findings and recommendations. Excellent verbal and written skills. Ability to operate independently and strategically. Compensation & Benefits The salary range is $121,720 - $177,407, complemented by a comprehensive total rewards package including bonuses, ESOP, 401(k), health benefits, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
