Job Title: Loans Business AnalystLocation: Jersey City, NJ (Onsite)Duration : Full Time Job Description:Responsible for collecting all project requirements.Responsible for gathering and formalizing business requirementsInteracting with the Business users, development & testing teams for effective deliveryAbility to perform detailed analysis to ensure all aspects of the business requirement are understoodAble to document the requirements, functional specification documents/ product backlogs / Epics/User StoriesResponsible for bringing in new and innovative ideas and identifying solutionsStrong working experience on Loans Applications Servicing and OriginationIn-depth knowledge of Loans processing end to end .Should be proficient with STLC, Testing techniques and tools.Should have good knowledge of Agile Methodology and Defect Management using JIRA and ALM.Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills with proven experience in handling multiple stakeholders and front facing customer management.
