The Ralph Lauren Agency (RLA) Project Managers serve as strategic partners within the agency and across the company, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of projects, processes, and initiatives. They act as conductors, bringing together cross-disciplinary teams at the right time to bring campaigns to life. RLA Project Managers collaborate with Marketing, Design, Creative, and Production teams to align campaign strategies from pre-brief to delivery of media assets. This role requires a strong understanding of project management, a collaborative approach, excellent communication skills, and the development of people management skills. Responsibilities include:
Providing leadership across multiple brands within the RLA portfolio. Building strategic partnerships with Marketing, Design, Creative, and Production teams. Ensuring creative briefs are accurate and concepts meet the brief. Serving as a central point of contact for key discussions. Managing information flow, project timelines, budgets, approvals, and risk tracking from conception to completion. Collaborating with Marketing on budget requirements and with Production on resource planning. Creating and enforcing project timelines for high-quality execution. Organizing cross-functional meetings, setting agendas, and following up on action items. Representing the client in creative reviews, ensuring alignment with the brief. Managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively. Maintaining detailed documentation and reporting on project status, dependencies, and risks. Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to identify efficiency improvements. Providing regular updates to all project stakeholders. Salary range: $80,000 - $171,000 annually. Experience, Skills & Knowledge:
Experience in strategic account management at an agency or high-paced environment, with a background in project management or creative operations. Experience with photo, video, and digital production. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal). Data-driven mindset with innovative problem-solving skills. Ability to influence across departments and manage multiple projects. Attention to detail and leadership skills. Proactive attitude and adaptability to change. Critical thinking and process improvement skills. Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, and Jira. Ability to align project goals with larger company objectives.
