is seeking a

Change Manager for our

Digital

Transformation Hub team

.

The

Change Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of

strategic

programs

with a focus on

the people side of

Digital Transformation

. This role involves developing and executing change management strategies that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance

for projects

.

The role requires

a strong background in change management,

with

excellent communication

and coaching

skills. What

You'll

Do: Partner

closely with Senior Leaders and Product Owners to

implement comprehensive change management strategies projects.

Influence

Program Sponsors and Executive team to drive Change and adoption of projects.

Coach and lead project teams through

Entegris' change management methodology to ensure highest level impact and adoption.

In collaboration with project business leaders, c

onduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.

Create and manage detailed change management plans, including communication,

engagement

, and support activities.

Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into overall project plans.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives and make necessary adjustments.

Provide coaching and support to leaders and managers to help them effectively lead their teams through change.

Help project teams to i

dentify and manage potential risks and resistance to change, and develop mitigation strategies.

May include some travel

for project-related workshops and collaboration,

What

We

Seek: Proven experience in change management

5+ years of experience i

n Change Manager or equivalent role

Bachel

or's degree in Organization Development,

Business Administration, or

related field.

Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Outstanding

Candidates

Will

Have: Change Management practitioner certification; Prosci or other

Experience leading change efforts in Digital Transformation
