to build high-end, design-forward custom homes in Chester County and surrounding areas. These homes will emphasize craftsmanship, detail, and timeless design, with projects starting at $2M and above. This role oversees luxury custom builds, coordinating with clients, development teams, architects, and construction crews. The position manages high-end residential projects, liaising with homeowners and tradespeople. Hankin Group’s work is driven by integrity, collaboration, and a commitment to quality. We are seeking: 15 or more years of experience building custom homes with a proven track record with a notable luxury or custom home builder. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience. A polished professional who has led the building of multi-million dollar custom homes and can navigate complex job sites with confidence and precision. Extensive experience building custom homes with the ability to thrive in an environment where design and craftsmanship are key. Strong project management experience, ability to read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and architectural drawings. Experience in aligning trades, clients, and projects from groundbreaking to final walkthrough is essential. Excellent communication skills, client-facing professionalism, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
