Our executive search firm is working with one of the largest domestic-based contractors in the country. They are looking for a
Senior Project Manager
in Iowa with multi-million dollar, MEP experience specializing in data center and mission critical construction. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or an applicable discipline, with experience relevant to the project size and scope. 10+ years of related project management experience. Excellent business judgment demonstrated by consistently achieving profitability objectives and maintaining strong project close-outs with clients and subcontractors in good standing. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a strong command of all applicable contract and legal provisions. Ability to analyze and execute financial trade-offs, often dealing with incomplete data and ambiguity. Proven team leadership with excellent diplomatic and communication skills, capable of handling and resolving conflicts effectively in a firm but fair manner.
