Responsibilities: Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of integrated marketing programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Oversee and optimize project workflows using tools like Smartsheet, Asana, and Jira to maintain efficiency and transparency. Monitor project scope, timelines, and budgets, ensuring deliverables remain within defined parameters. Develop and maintain governance processes to enable smooth execution and collaboration across teams. Provide clear, actionable communication to stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, throughout the program lifecycle. Anticipate and mitigate risks, ensuring continuity in project delivery and adherence to timelines. Manage resource allocation effectively to meet project demands and avoid bottlenecks. Utilize advanced knowledge of marketing channels, including digital, media, web, and content, to inform program strategies. Deliver comprehensive reports and insights on project performance, including burn rate and scope management. Ensure compliance with industry-specific requirements, particularly in healthcare or other regulated sectors. Minimum qualifications: At least 7 years of experience in program or project management, ideally in agency or client-facing roles. Proficiency in project management platforms such as Smartsheet, Asana, and Jira. Strong understanding of integrated marketing channels, including digital, media, web, and content. Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and driving multiple concurrent projects. Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Background in healthcare or other regulated industries (preferred). Project management certification (highly desirable). Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and CRM systems.
